- 1½ oz of bourbon
- 1 cherry
- 1 orange slice

- 2 oz light rum
- 7 mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- Spritz of soda water
- 1 lime wedge
In a highball glass stir together the lime juice and sugar until all the sugar dissolves. Add about quarter a glass of crushed ice. Tear mint leaves in half and add to glass. Stir, then add the rum, other three quarters of ice. Top with a bit of soda. Gently stir and pop a lime wedge and mint leaf in top of glass for decoration.

- A small amount (capful) of dry vermouth
- Lemon shaving
Keep the vodka and the martini glass in the fridge to be cooled before making this drink. Just like 007, this drink needs to be cool. Put the spirits into a shaker with several ice cubes. In Bond’s famous words “shaken not stirred” so shake. Then strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a shaving of lemon.
